Getting Here
By Car: Our office is located on Hennepin Avenue between West Lake Street and West Franklin Avenue. Street parking is available on Hennepin Avenue (metered, 2-hour limit). Additional metered parking is available on Lagoon Avenue, a 2-minute walk east of the building. The Calhoun Square parking ramp (3001 Hennepin Avenue) offers hourly rates and is located one block south.
By Public Transit: Metro Transit Route 6 (Hennepin Avenue) and Route 17 (Nicollet Avenue/Hennepin Avenue) both stop within half a block of our building at the Hennepin & Franklin stop. The Uptown Transit Station, served by Routes 6, 12, 17, 23, 114, and 612, is a 5-minute walk south. The METRO Green Line Extension (Southwest LRT) West Lake Station is approximately a 10-minute walk.
Accessibility: The building is fully ADA-accessible with a ground-floor entrance, elevator access to Suite 320 on the third floor, accessible restrooms, and designated handicap parking spaces in the adjacent lot.
